Bathroom Remodel: Bathtub & Shower Replacement & Installation
Ready for a Bathroom You Actually Love?
Whether your current tub has seen better days, your shower feels cramped and outdated, or you’re just ready for a fresh start — we make the replacement or renovation process simple. We handle everything from tearing out the old unit to putting the finishing touches on your brand new setup. No coordinating multiple contractors, no half-finished bathrooms sitting for weeks. Just one trusted team, start to finish.
JEM Plumbing offers replacement Services including complete demo and haul away of your existing Tub or Shower unit.
Then, after choosing your new look, our technicians will handle the installation from start to finish.
We Handle the Whole Job
Most plumbers will handle the hookups and send you on your way. We go further. Our team manages the complete process — demo, haul away, and full installation — so you’re not left juggling subcontractors or cleaning up someone else’s mess.
Here’s what that looks like:
Demo & Removal We carefully remove your existing tub or shower unit, including all surrounding tile, fixtures, and plumbing connections. Everything gets hauled away cleanly — you won’t be left with a pile of debris in your driveway or a gutted bathroom sitting idle.
Prep Work Once the old unit is out, we inspect and prepare the space — checking the subfloor, walls, and plumbing rough-in to make sure everything is solid and ready for the new installation. If we find anything that needs attention, we’ll tell you upfront before moving forward.
Installation After you’ve chosen your new tub or shower, our technicians handle the full installation from start to finish — plumbing connections, fixtures, sealing, and everything in between. We make sure it’s done to code, watertight, and built to last.
Final Walkthrough Before we call it done, we test everything and walk you through the finished space so you can see the results for yourself.
Your Vision, Your Choice
We don’t lock you into specific products or limit your options. Once the old unit is out and the space is prepped, you choose the look and feel that’s right for your home and your budget. Whether you’re going with a sleek walk-in shower, a deep soaking tub, a tub-shower combo, or something completely custom — we’ll make it happen.
Not sure where to start? We’re happy to talk through your options and help you think through what will work best for your space.
Popular Renovation Options
Tub to Shower Conversion Swap out an underused bathtub for a walk-in shower — one of the most popular upgrades for busy households and aging-in-place renovations alike.
Shower to Tub Conversion Prefer a soaking tub over a stand-up shower? We can make that switch too.
Tub & Shower Replacement Keep the same layout but upgrade to something newer, cleaner, and more your style.
Full Bathroom Gut & Renovation Ready to go all in? We can take the whole bathroom down to the studs and build it back up fresh.

And it’s about knowing the work was done correctly so you’re not dealing with leaks, mold, or failed grout a year down the road.
Done right, a bathroom renovation adds real value to your home and real comfort to your daily life.
