Licensed Backflow Installation, Testing & Certification Services
Protecting Your Water. It’s Not Optional — But We Make It Easy.
Most people don’t think about backflow until there’s a problem. And by then, it’s too late. Backflow happens when water flows in the wrong direction through your pipes — pulling contaminants, chemicals, or bacteria back into your clean water supply. It’s a real risk, and it’s exactly why most cities and counties require regular backflow testing and certification.
We handle the whole process — installation, testing, and official certification — so your home or business stays protected and compliant.
What We Do
Backflow Preventer Installation If you don’t already have a backflow prevention device, we’ll recommend and install the right type for your property and local code requirements. We handle residential and commercial installations of all sizes.
Annual Backflow Testing Most municipalities require backflow preventers to be tested once a year by a certified tester. We’ll inspect your device, run the required tests, and make sure everything is functioning the way it should.
Certification & Reporting Once your device passes inspection, we file the certification report directly with your water authority — so you don’t have to chase down paperwork or worry about missed deadlines.
Repair & Replacement If your backflow preventer fails a test or shows signs of wear, we’ll repair or replace it on the spot in most cases. No second trip needed.
Why Backflow Testing Matters
Your water supply is protected by pressure — clean water flows in, and that pressure keeps everything else out. But pressure can drop. When it does, contaminated water from irrigation systems, fire suppression lines, or industrial equipment can flow backward into your drinking water.
A working, properly certified backflow preventer is the last line of defense between your water and whatever’s on the other side of that connection.
Certified Testers You Can Trust
Backflow testing isn’t something just any plumber can do — it requires specialized training and official certification. Our team is fully licensed and certified to test, repair, and certify backflow prevention assemblies in accordance with local and state requirements.
We bring the right equipment, know the local reporting requirements, and get it done without putting the burden on you.
Who Needs Backflow Testing?
You likely need annual testing if you have:
- An in-ground irrigation or sprinkler system
- A commercial or multi-unit property
- A fire suppression system
- A swimming pool or water feature
- Any connection between a potable water line and another water source
Not sure if your property requires it? Give us a call — we’ll look it up for you.
We Handle the Paperwork Too
Getting certified shouldn’t mean a stack of forms and a guessing game about where to send them. When we test your system, we take care of submitting the results to your water municipality directly. You’ll get a copy for your records, and that’s it — you’re done.
Don’t Risk a Violation — or Your Water
Skipping your annual backflow test can result in fines, a shutoff notice from your water provider, or worse — an actual contamination event. It’s one of those things that’s easy to let slide until it becomes a very big deal.
We make it simple to stay on top of it. Many of our customers set up a recurring annual reminder so they never have to think about it again.
