Goddard School in Aurora, Ohio
Commercial construction is about much more than installing pipe.
It begins with careful layout and the plumbing underground work before walls or a concrete slab is ever poured. From there, our crews rough in water, waste, and vent systems off their carefully constructed underground through framed walls and overhead ceiling spaces, coordinating closely with electricians, HVAC contractors, and other trades.
As the building nears completion, we return to install the finished fixtures—including lavatories, water closets, service sinks, drinking fountains, and commercial kitchen equipment—bringing the plumbing system to life for the school’s opening day. The result is a fully integrated plumbing system designed to serve students, teachers, and staff for years to come.
